Diploma Pickup
Congratulations, Spring 2024 graduates!
Degrees have posted, and diplomas are ready to be printed! Check your email for information on how to receive your diploma.
Diploma pick up information is available below:

| Pickup Times: | Weekdays: 8am - 5pm Saturday, June 8th: CANCELLED Sunday, June 9th: CLOSED |
| Pickup Location: | Office of the University Registrar J.C. Kellam Administrative Building (JCK) 601 University Dr, Suite 111 |
| What to Bring: | Valid photo ID (e.g., TXST BobcatCard, driver's license, passport) |
Diplomas NOT picked up by June 21, 2024 will be mailed out through USPS first-class mail.
We ask that students allow 4-5 weeks for the diploma to arrive if it is sent via USPS first-class mail; there is not an option for tracking or faster shipping unless you provide our office with a pre-paid shipping label.
