Diploma Pickup
Congratulations, Fall 2024 Graduates!
Degrees have posted, and diplomas are ready to be printed! Check your email for information on how to receive your diploma.
Diploma pick up information is available below:
| Pickup Dates: | Tuesday, January 21 - Friday, January 31 |
| Pickup Times: | 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. |
| Pickup Location: | Office of the University Registrar J.C. Kellam Administrative Building (JCK) 601 University Dr, Suite 111 |
| What to Bring: | Valid Photo ID (e.g., TXST BobcatCard, Driver's License, Passport) |
Diplomas NOT picked up by Friday, January 31 will be mailed out through USPS first-class mail on February 7, 2025.
We ask that students allow 4-5 weeks for the diploma to arrive if it is sent via USPS first-class mail; there is not an option for tracking or faster shipping unless you provide our office with a pre-paid shipping label.
