Veterans Affairs

The Office of Veterans Affairs assists veterans in pursuing their educational, professional, or vocational objectives. We are available to answer questions concerning veteran educational benefits, certify enrollments for the Department of Veterans Affairs and monitor student’s degree plans and academic progress.

Athletics Certification

The Athletics Certification Office is responsible for obtaining, evaluating, and documenting the academic credentials in accordance with National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) and conference eligibility rules for approximately 400-plus student-athletes. This office provides the official certification of eligibility documentation to the Texas State Department of Athletics.

Degree Works

The Degree Audit Coordinator is the programmer for Degree Works and assists faculty and staff with Degree Audit issues, but does not work directly with students about their audits. Students should contact their academic advisor for all questions regarding their degree audit.

Enrollment Data Auditor

The Enrollment Data Auditor’s purpose is the management and communication of student enrollment data to official sources such as the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) and National Student Lending Data System (NSLDS). This includes monthly submissions and auditing of student population information in compliance with federal Title IV regulations, and the verification of student academic histories for external parties. The Enrollment Data Auditor additionally provides internal analysis and statistics of day-to-day operations of University Registrar offices.
